Would recommend!!! 10/10

It charges my phone and laptop faster then any other ones I’ve tried, the coolest part is that the aqua colored circle glows when it’s plugged it, it make it so much easier to know where it is when it gets dark out and you need to charge your device. When I was out all day and had to use my phone for a gps my phone after a while went down to 10 percent and after 30 minutes of charging it went up to 100 percent. The material is well built and thought out. The durability lasted me so far 3 months. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Excellent customer service

I have heard a lot of great things about anker in the technology news articles. I bought their car chargers which worked perfectly for about a year and a half. The PD socket stopped working, but the USB port still works. I did contact anker and they sent me a replacement product free of charge. I understand that products can fail time to time. Even Apple products can stop working sometimes. But when it does, it really matters what the customer service representatives do about it. In my case, I feel that they did the right thing by sending me a replacement product. Also, one of their battery banks failed on me. Anker did not replace that product because the warranty on it expired about 2 months ago. For that, I don’t hold anything against anker because they are following their protocols. Overall, I’m satisfied with anker. I ordered another battery bank worth $100 to show my support for the company, since they take such great care of their customers.

Dependable Anker

I have used Anker devices in the past and this one keeps up the good quality to cost ratio. My previous car charging USB adapter still works fine after 4 years of weekly use, but my newer phone required a great wattage. This one has been used for a week of christmas travelling and did not disapoint.

Fast charging

I highly recommend this item, it is a high quality charger ang charges two devices at once. I haven't test it on computers but only phones which is the reason it was purchased.

Works exactly as advertised

Before setting my eyes on this I purchased a Philips 60W charger, because I wanted something that I could use with my MacBook Pro 15 while in my car, in addition to charging phones. The Phillips is supposedly able to deliver 3A@20V via PD, but unfortunately when connected my laptop never detected the power source, regardless of which USB-C cables I tried including the OEM cable that came with the laptop. Then I connected a Surface Laptop 3 which works with 30W (2A@15V) PD chargers, it would keep flapping between its battery and the Philips charger as the power source. There is a Samsung OEM charger with a 45W USB-C PD port and a 15W USB-A port, but it is not carried by any large retailer except AT&T Wireless and the few reviews I was able to find weren't exactly glowing. Then I came across this Anker charger. I was not aware that 1.5A@20V was a valid PD profile, but apparently it works! When connected, it is able to charge my MacBook Pro - it is slow especially while the laptop is in use but works well enough for me, I actually have a 120V outlet in the vehicle, the Apple OEM charger is heavy and falls out of the outlet easily so it is not practical when the vehicle is in motion. The Anker charger works well with my Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 as well. My Note 10+ phone is capable of 45W charging, I am unable to get more than 15W even when plugged into the 30W PD port, but it is not really a surprise as there must be something proprietary in how Samsung devices talk to each other, because I have not seen any non-Samsung power source deliver more. Overall this is a great value and highly recommended.
